Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted for orders that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error. Custom orders that have been printed according to the approved proof are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

  2. Time Frame: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team via email or chat to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
    • Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and materials. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
    • If you prefer an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
  5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
