Customising your card at SimpleCard.io is a simple and supportive process, designed to ensure that every detail is tailored to your unique needs. Follow the steps below to create a card that’s truly yours:

1. Enter Your Full Name

Start by providing your full name. This ensures your card is personalised and easily identifiable.

2. Choose to Add Your Date of Birth (Optional)

You can include your date of birth if you feel it’s important for the context of your card. This option is entirely up to you.

3. Upload an ID Style Photo

To make your card more recognisable:

• Click "Choose File" to upload a photo.
• Alternatively, drag and drop your image directly into the upload area.
  Tip: Ensure the photo is clear and meets basic ID photo standards.

4. Add Text to Your Card (Up to 400 Characters)

This is where you can include key details about:

• Your disabilities or medical conditions.
• Allergies or any special requirements.
• A brief message explaining your needs.
  Helpful Tip: Keep the text concise yet informative to maximise clarity.

5. Provide Emergency Contact Details

Add the name and number of an emergency contact to ensure help can reach the right person quickly. You’ll also have the option to include a second emergency contact if needed.

6. Select Additional Options

To further personalise your card:

• Duplicate Card: Add a duplicate card with free postage for an additional £7.99 GBP.
• Badge Holder: Choose whether you’d like a protective badge holder for added durability.
• Lanyard: Decide if you’d like a lanyard to keep your card accessible and easy to carry.

7. Review and Add to Cart

Before finalising, double-check all the information you’ve entered to ensure it’s accurate. Once you’re satisfied, click “Add to Cart” to proceed to checkout.
